On-call staff has the potential to turn into one of our coveted live-in staff.

On-Call Residential Staff

The on-call residential staff position will be available to relieve a live-in staff. This person must be 21 years of age or older, have a clean driving record with insurance, and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. The candidate must also have at least one year of paid, verifiable work experience working directly with children. Other qualifications include:

  • Must Be Reliable and Mature
  • Able to Follow Strict Schedules and Timelines
  • Knows How to Create a Strict, but Nurturing Environment
  • Available to Attend Staff Training as Required

On-Call Administrative Staff

The on-call administrative staff serves the President/CEO of DREAM Group Homes, Inc. directly. This person must be 21 years of age or older, have a clean driving record with insurance, and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. This candidate must have experience in administrative duties, preferably in human resources. He or she must be available to work during the week or on a weekend day and available to attend staff training as required.

Full-Time Live-In Staff

The full-time, live-in staff position involves living full-time with the children of DREAM Group Homes, Inc. This person must be 21 years of age or older, have a clean driving record with insurance, and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. This candidate must also have at least one year of paid, verifiable work experience working directly with children. Other qualifications include:

  • Must Be Reliable and Mature
  • Able to Follow Strict Schedules and Timelines
  • Knows How to Create a Strict, but Nurturing Environment
  • Available to Attend Staff Training as Required

Full-Time Live-In Weekend Staff

The full-time, live-in weekend staff position involves living full-time at a group home from Friday afternoon through Monday morning. This position will split their time between two group homes in DREAM Group Homes, Inc., allowing the full-time live-in staff to have every other weekend off each month. This person must be 21 years of age or older, have a clean driving record with insurance, and be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. This candidate must also have at least one year of paid, verifiable work experience working directly with children. Other qualifications include:

  • Must Be Reliable and Mature
  • Able to Follow Strict Schedules and Timelines
  • Knows How to Create a Strict, but Nurturing Environment
  • Available to Attend Staff Training as Required
